Dear Friend of Choice,

For years people have told me that politicians would never vote to outlaw abortion in Ohio. They were wrong. Ohio June 28th the Ohio House voted 54-44 to virtually outlaw abortion in Ohio. They also approved four other dangerous abortion restrictions that same week, and on July 20th Governor Kasich signed the first of these bills into law.

Now, an out of state organization- Personhood USA- has started to collect petition signatures in order to get an amendment on the ballot in Ohio that would classify fertilized eggs as people in Ohio, banning the most common forms of birth control and in-vitro fertilization in addtion to all abortions without any exceptions.

We have a very small window of opportunity to raise the war-chest we need to defeat the nine pending pieces of legislation that would virtually outlaw all abortions in our state, and severely restrict where women can go to get birth control services. Please donate today!
