Access to Emergency Contraception Threatened by Ohio Legislature

Modified: 03/30/2004

State Representative Faber introduced a bill in the Ohio House that would allow pharmacists to refuse to fill prescriptions for Emergency Contraception, Mifepristone/Ru-486 or any other drug that they do not feel morally comfortable with dispensing.
