Increasing funding for family planning services fact sheet. Did you know that state funding for family planning programs was completely cut in the last budget cycle? The Ohio Prevention First Act would restore that funding and make it easier for low income women to access family planning services.

Access to prescriptions fact sheet. Did you know that in Ohio, pharmacists can refuse to fill your legal prescription for birth control or the morning after pill? The Ohio Prevention First Act will require all pharmacies to have procedures in place to make sure that women get access to their prescriptions without judgment or delay.
