Support contraceptive coverage for ALL women!
It's just insulting the way anti-birth control organizations and individuals have reacted to the news that HHS listened to medical science and ruled that no-cost birth control should be a covered preventive service in new insurance plans. In fact a Fox News contributor from Family PAC Federal compared no-cost birth control to getting manicures and pedicures, and it wasn't just Fox News contributors... Rep Steve King of Iowa spoke out against birth control on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives. He said that the new no-cost birth-control regulations would make us "a dying civilization." Last week's news was good, but it wasn't perfect. The HHS rule still leaves out some women who work for religious employers, meaning that they wouldn't be guaranteed the same access as other women to birth control coverage. Please take action today and tell HHS that contraceptive coverage is important for ALL women!
