Tell the Senate to not consider HB 239
On December 7th the Ohio House passed HB 239, and it is now headed to the Senate for consideration. Write to your state senator today and tell him or her to not consider HB 239, which contains dangerous provisions that would limit women’s access to abortion services in Ohio, when it comes from the House. Send a message that you are tired of the divisive attacks on reproductive freedom, and that the best way to reduce the need for abortion is by passing the commonsense, common-ground Ohio Prevention First Act.
