Tell the House Health Committee to Vote No on HB 239 Wednesday!
Just days after the Toledo Blade reported that the legislature would not try to pass abortion restriction bills during the final weeks of the legislative session we learned that the Ohio House Health committee will be holding a hearing and voting on HB 239 on Wednesday December 6th at 9am. This bill will restrict access to abortion for poor women and victims of rape. Take action today and tell the committee that they need to vote no on this bill during the committee hearing on Wednesday. Are you free Wednesday morning?
