Participate in the Supreme Court Training and Day of Action in your area!
Now more than ever we need your help to make sure that the voice of the pro-choice majority is heard in our nation's capital. Join us for a Supreme Court Training and Day of Action to learn more about the Supreme Court, nominee John Roberts, and how to effectively be a pro-choice advocate! Right now we have trainings scheduled in Columbus, Cleveland and Akron. If you live in another area and would be willing to help us set one up in your area please contact Jaime Miracle at 614-221-2594, or Jaime@ProChoiceOhio.org. The day starts with a 2-hour training to talk about the Supreme Court, the confirmation process, nominee John Roberts, and the most effective ways that we can be pro-choice activists. After lunch (provided to all participants) we will go out into progressive neighborhoods and talk to people about John Roberts' record and ask them to sign a petition against his confirmation. This is a great way to brush up on your skills as an activist or get started if you have never done anything like this before! See below for dates, times, and locations.
