Protect Your Access to Birth Control Pills and Emegency Contraception!
State Representative Faber has introduced HB 68 - the Pharmacist Refusal Clause bill. This bill claims to merely allow pharmacists to refuse to fill prescriptions for abortion-causing drugs (i.e., Mifepristone or RU-486) if they have a moral objection. However, the bill's supporters also want to allow a pharmacist to refuse to fill a prescription for emergency contraception, birth control pills, or anything thing else that he or she thinks might terminate a pregnancy - with no guarantee that the prescription will be filled at the pharmacy in question!
