NARAL Pro-Choice Ohio Endorses State Candidates

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE October 17, 2016Cleveland, Ohio — NARAL Pro-Choice Ohio, the state’s leading advocate for personal privacy and a woman’s right to choose, today announced additional endorsements for Ohio Senate and House of Representatives.
Kellie Copeland, executive director of NARAL Pro-Choice Ohio said: "Pro-choice Ohioans can count on our endorsed candidates to stand up for their rights and to work to increase access to reproductive health care, including safe and legal abortion care, in our state. "Members of the Ohio House and Ohio Senate are frequently called upon to make decisions about legislation that impacts the reproductive health care of Ohioans. Since 2011, 17 anti-choice measures have been enacted, and half of Ohio’s abortion clinics have closed. We’re proud to approve these candidates because of their commitment to repairing the damage done by the Kasich administration.”
